I know its okay with you
for us
to wear not the formal code
yet dance to the songs played
making the playlist of our lives.

The lights of the ballroom,
replaced by the lamp
in the living room,
where you and I
are to sway to the melodies

You and I
& the peaceful embrace,
where I rest my head on your chest
listening to the sweet rhythm
of your heartbeat, as we move
while your lips plant soft kiss
on my forehead.

Dancing to this playlist,
we will forget the pain,
the bruises will heal
just the melody and us
forgetting the dark world
creating the memories
to be remembered until eternal end.
